Return & Refund Policy

Return Policy:

FireGloves will accept returns within 14 days of the original date of the delivery only if the product is defective and/or damaged.
The return shipping costs are charged to the customer.
We don’t hold accountability for any damage caused to the product by the shipping company or misuse by the customer.

Refund Policy:

In order for a refund to be are approved the following terms must apply:

• The product(s) is either defective and/or damaged upon arrival.
• The product(s) is/are returned to the company.
• The customer accepts the Return Policy and all extra charges that may apply.
• The product packaging must be in excellent condition.
• The customer must first contact one of our representatives before returning the product in order for the refund to be approved.
