Personal and identifiable customer data is being used within the company and subsidiary companies, under the Greek Law 2472/97, solely for the execution and proof of their orders, provide personalized services and export statistics. These data is in no way sold, lent or shared to third parties or companies. The customer hereby gives consent to the storage and processing of personal data by the staff of the company Leptokaridi Bros G.p. for purposes of enforcement and proof of his orders and to provide personalized offers.

You hereby also agree that FireGloves has the permission to automatically create an account for you after a successful checkout and register your email under a private newsletter database. In case an account is not present on the platform upon your order, with the e-mail that you provided, an account is automatically created for you and your login credentials will be sent to you via email.
Your email is also registered in a private database that manages the company’s newsletter system in order to provide you with specialized offers.
FireGloves also stores and uses email addresses, for quality assurance and to serve personalized content, that were acquired when an individual gets in contact with the company either via contact forms throughout our website/e-store or directly.

Any, or all, photographic content hosted on the website may or may not be subject to trademarked content. Copy any or part of these materials is not allowed without the author’s permission.
Some product photos hosted on the Store may differ slightly or very from the original product. FireGloves does not hold accountability for any customer dissatisfaction upon the item delivery.

Handling Policy:

The handling of your order starts as soon as the full amount due is paid (unless otherwise agreed with our representatives).
Extra delays may apply if your order is made outside the business hours of the company or during weekends. Extra delays may also apply in case of National holidays or unforeseeable circumstances in which case the customer is going to be notified about.

Handling Policy in conjunction with the BACS payment system:
If you completed your order having selected the “Direct Bank Transfer” payment method, please purge the amount in one of our bank accounts.
After purging the amount please send us an e-mail to sales@firegloves.org attaching the payment invoice of your bank and your order ID so we can verify your payment.

Your order will be put on hold and not shipped until we can verify that your payment has been completed!

Return Policy:

FireGloves will accept returns within 14 days of the original date of the delivery only if the product is defective and/or damaged.
The return shipping costs are charged to the customer.
We don’t hold accountability for any damage caused to the product by the shipping company or misuse by the customer.

Refund Policy:

In order for a refund to be are approved the following terms must apply:

  • The product(s) is either defective and/or damaged upon arrival.
  • The product(s) is/are returned to the company.
  • The customer accepts the Return Policy and all extra charges that may apply.
  • The product packaging must be in excellent condition.
  • The customer must first contact one of our representatives before returning the product in order for the refund to be approved.

Extra Charges:

VAT Policy:
All prices available in our Store are listed without VAT (Value Added Tax) included.
The VAT charge rate is currently at 24% (percent) according to domestic & EU regulations and will be calculated in the store cart as well as during checkout.

The following rules apply:
1. All individual buyers are subject to VAT charges, independent of the country.
2. Individuals, companies or wholesalers that reside in a country-member of the European Union and possess a valid EU VAT number can submit it during checkout. The VAT number is then processed using the official VIES system and if validated the VAT charges are deducted.
Usage of third party or unaffiliated VAT numbers that don’t belong to the customer is not permitted. FireGloves holds the right to cancel the order or charge the customer with the full amount if such case is observed.
3. Companies and wholesalers that reside in the company’s base country are not subject to VAT deduction due to domestic regulations.

During checkout, in case you possess a valid EU VAT number, under the “Billing Details” section you can enter the official information that is linked with your VAT number in order for your details to be verified.
If you wish for your order to be shipped to a different address you can specify it accordingly under the “Shipping Details” section which is activated once you check the option “Ship to a diffrent Address?”.

*Country prefix is not required when submitting a VAT number.

Custom Charges:
For countries outside the European Union and Europe in general, customs’ charges may apply that are not included in the final price of our store during checkout.
The export – customs’ charges are under the responsibility of the customer and FireGloves will not be hold accountable nor pay part or the full amount of the export custom charges.

PayPal – Credit/Debit Card:
When using the PayPal or the credit/debit card system to complete your order you may notice that some extra charges may apply. These are extra fees from the service responsible for handling the transactions and as a result we incorporate these charges with the final price of your order.
